Object
The present general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Undimancheunephoto and its customers within the framework of the sale of artistic photographs.
Products
The photographs offered for sale are original works of art by Thomas PERU. A maximum of 10 numbered copies (from 1 to 10) of each photograph are available in all formats.
This rarity reinforces the appeal of each print and enhances the value of collectors' investments. Each print is numbered and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity to guarantee its status as an original work.
Controls
Orders can be placed online via our website. The customer selects the photographs they wish to purchase, provides the information required for delivery and proceeds to payment.
Price
The prices of the photographs are indicated in euros all taxes included (TTC) and do not include the expenses of delivery. Undimancheunephoto reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is validated.
Payment
Orders are paid for online by credit card or any other payment method accepted on our website. Payments are secure and all information transmitted is encrypted.
Delivery
The photographs ordered are sent to the address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering.
Prints are not in stock and are made to order. Production times depend on the size and type of material used. On average, production and dispatch times are around 2 to 3 weeks for mainland France.
It may take longer for deliveries abroad.
Delivery is free within the European Union. A flat rate of €35 per order applies to the rest of the world.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision or pay any penalties, with the exception of the cost of returning the goods, which remains at the customer's expense.
Warranty
The photographs are guaranteed against any manufacturing defect. It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the package upon receipt and to report any anomaly to the carrier and Undimancheunephoto as soon as possible. If and only if, in the event of a problem linked to a manufacturing defect, the customer may contact our customer service department to obtain a replacement or refund.
Intellectual property
The sale of photographs does not entail any transfer of intellectual property rights. The customer undertakes not to reproduce, copy or exploit the photographs for commercial purposes without the prior authorization of Thomas PERU.
Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of Undimancheunephoto's registered office.
